It was an amazing experience and kept both young and old totally enthralled for the whole time. The “tasting plate” which was prepared by the chef at Fitzpatrick’s Inn was both innovative and delicious - wild rabbit sausages, celeriac salad, beetroot and sweet potato relish, slices of smoked wallaby, smoked lamb and a delicious house-made terrine - all this for only $20!
